Fast, tracked delivery from our UK warehouse to addresses across the UK.
1. Processing time
All orders placed before 2 PM (UK time) Monday–Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

FREE shipping on all UK orders over £100. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
3. Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also view tracking from your account dashboard.
4. Possible delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather or postal strikes. Please allow 2 extra working days before contacting us.
5. Missing or lost parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived 7 working days past the expected delivery date, please email support@thepeptidecode.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.
