What Is KLOW80?

KLOW is a multi-peptide research blend developed by ThePeptideCode that combines four well-characterised peptides in one formulation. It builds on the three-peptide GLOW blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500) by adding KPV, a tripeptide studied in inflammatory signalling models. This lets researchers investigate all four compounds within one combined system rather than sourcing and preparing each peptide separately.

The 80mg vial is the lyophilised format of the blend: researchers reconstitute it to the concentration their protocol requires. The same blend is also available pre-filled in solution as the KLOW80 pen. You can check the certificate for the current batch on our KLOW80 batch verification page.

KLOW80 Composition

Each component of the KLOW80 blend has its own body of published research. A summary of the areas each peptide is studied in:

GHK-Cu (50mg)

GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. It is widely studied in cell and tissue models for its role in extracellular matrix remodelling, collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, and copper transport. See our guide What is GHK-Cu?, or explore the literature on PubMed.

BPC-157 (10mg)

BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide based on a sequence found in a gastric protective protein. Preclinical research has examined it in models of angiogenesis, cell migration and tissue repair-associated signalling pathways.

TB-500 (10mg)

TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4, a protein involved in actin regulation. It is investigated in laboratory models of actin binding, cellular migration and tissue remodelling. For a side-by-side look at these two peptides, see our BPC-157 vs TB-500 research guide.

KPV (10mg)

KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It is studied in epithelial and immune cell models for its interaction with inflammatory signalling pathways, including NF-κB. Read more in What is KPV?.

KLOW80 vs GLOW70

The GLOW70 blend contains GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 for 70mg of total peptide. KLOW80 contains all three plus 10mg of KPV, giving 80mg. Researchers studying combined extracellular matrix, cell migration and inflammatory signalling pathways often select KLOW for its broader composition.

Quality Control and Batch Testing

Every batch of KLOW80 80mg is analysed before release. HPLC confirms purity, and mass spectrometry confirms that each of the four peptides is present and correctly identified. You can view current certificates on our verification and testing page.

Storage and Handling

Store the lyophilised vial at −20°C for long-term stability, protected from light and moisture. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water using aseptic technique, then keep the solution refrigerated at 2–8°C and use promptly. See our guides on how to reconstitute peptides and how to store research peptides.

Research Use Only

KLOW80 80mg is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not a medicine, supplement or cosmetic product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not for human or veterinary use.
